In May 2018 the BEC approved the drawing together of a proposed Branch Contingency Fund with the requirement that the Fund will first be used to satisfy survivor liability and subject to BEC approval will secondly also be used to reinvest asset back into Scouting.
COMEDY CAPERS GANG SHOW – :”TRAPPED IN THE MUSEUM”
This May for one week only (7 -15th) at the Shedley Theatre, Playford Civic Centre, Elizabeth the 2010 Comedy Capers Gang Show will perform “Trapped in the Museum” and they promise to “hit you with their best shot” in a fun filled, rocking variety show that will keep the whole family entertained.
Now in its 45th year, Comedy Capers brings together a bunch of talented scouts and guides who will take you through a musical journey while they are “Trapped in the Museum”.
The 105 strong cast gets the show pumping with music from long ago to now, all the time visiting exhibits that come alive!! If it’s a laugh you want, Capers won’t disappoint, with every thing from young inventors, dancing bugs to hilarious talking stuffed animals!
The musical diversity offers something for all, from Andrew Lloyd Webber to Pink. The show has many highlights, from great singing from kids as young as 9, to a beating rendition of “Black Betty”, to a fiery American Indian dance that will thrill!
After 2 hours of great entertainment, the show reaches its finale, beginning with a song called “I believe”, and the audience WILL believe in the talent, vibe and excitement of the cast of Comedy Capers Gang Show.
