Scouts SA Engage

Scouts SA Engage program is all about bringing the fun, adventure, challenge and inclusiveness of Scouting to the wider community. Engage run a range of programs including school workshops, community events and school holiday programs.

School Holiday Program

Conducted by Woodhouse. Visit woodhouse.org.au/experience/schoolholidays/ for more information

School workshops

The Scouts SA Engage program offers a range of fun and interactive sessions that will help youth develop skills and strategies based on:

  • Leadership

  • Teamwork

  • Anti-bullying

  • Environmental awareness

Working with individual classes, we use the 'Scout Method' to run these workshops, using games, challenges and discussions to learn. Each FREE session runs for 50-60 minutes (negotiable). All equipment and materials provided by Scouts SA.

Community Events

The Scouts SA Engage program can provide fun activities at your next community event, to captivate youth and families. The program is designed to engage youth aged under 15 years old through various individual and collaborative activities.

The Scouts SA Engage program encourages local councils and organisations to book the Engage program to facilitate a range of activities and challenges, provide all of the required resources, and to engage youth and families.
