YPR Applications

2019 Pioneer Groups

Calling all Scout Groups! The Youth Program Review (YPR)
is looking for the next round of Scout Groups to implement the new and exciting program in 2019.

Over three years ago the YPR was formed to research the current scouting program and to determine if it was still relevant for 21st Century Australia.

From our research, we surveyed all members across the movement nation wide, to see what they wanted in Scouting. Three years down the track, we have taken a new perspective on Scouting, incorporating core fundamentals that stem from both the new, contemporary ideas of our members as well as the original ethos of Scouting - getting outdoors, being adventurous and becoming a global citizen.

We are looking for a number of Groups to implement the program from Term 2 in 2019, after undertaking training, induction and planning during Term 1 2019.

Groups interested in being a part of this should review the information pack below and discuss with your Group prior to lodging an application.

Any questions can be directed to Chris Wise, Deputy Chief Commissioner / Business Change Manager for YPR in SA at
